It appears the Obama Administration is merely an echo of George Bush. The Office of Manangement and Budget Report 2009 shows that $1.2 million was allocated to study why surfboards float. Wealth lobbyists have drilled Congress, as the phenomenon not only baffles the educated, but Hollywood stars also. "We can't surf even the best waves," Patrick Swayze complained, "until this matter gets resolved."
