DRUDGE - Tattoo parlors in Florida, Detroit, Los Angeles and Provo now offer "The Mark" to Obama fans. In one Las Vegas Parlor over the weekend, 116 BYU-Idaho students participated in getting the permanent tattoo, without their parent's permission. _ _ _ _ _
