Congressman Jason Chaffetz, upon request to help, has subpoenaed bank records of Joseph Biden, running mate of Barack Obama in an unprecedented move to find out if the Senator has funded a California lawsuit to uncover Mr. Obama's somewhat murky Collegiate past.
