Bob Lonsberry Declared Insane

Two failing radio stations, (WHAM, KNRS) desperate for survival, have just hired a man deemed clinically insane.

"Giving the microphone to an idiot pays off, if you're lucky," said his boss, who asked to remain anonymous. "Bob's a lousy shot, but he does have a lot of bullets."
